I don't think it a big deal. It either will miss this or miss the delivery thread order. There is more complicated to keep track so I prefer to miss it here. We should consider LATAM as leaser here not Airliner specially the frames had the HU color from the beginning

. . . . specially the frames had the HU color from the beginning Which they didn't. They started out with a Tianjin tail There simply is no "ABC" for situations like these. Mr A says the frames are LATAM. Mr B says Hainan. And Mr C. . . . keeps quiet

This is a special case indeed - a new frame is delivered to an airline and immediately leased out (for how long ?) to another one not belonging to the same group !
In these rare cases we might use a double number : the same frame frame would be both LATAM N° X ... and HU N° Y ... Perhaps this is too complicated ? Then, let's forget the owner !
