Chongqing Airlines belong to China Southern Group which books the order (or sign lease from lessor) as a group. They could allocate production slots to Chongqing Airlines last minute, and I think this is what happens here. So if on preliminary production list, it's a CFM-Powered A320neo under "China Southern", look out 👀
