Yes I think so. If I am not completly wrong, they also get new engines.

But I think new engines are not necessary if the customer agrees to take the engines discounted to a price reflective of the number of cycles/hours they've clocked. This would be like taking up any other test aircraft.

This would be like taking up any other test aircraft. I mentioned on another thread that Crawford Hamilton from Airbus said in an interview that his engines would go to A330-800/ F-WTTO translation: «I went straight to the point and asked if the prototype (A330-800) would be finished, and he replied immediately: "Yes, we will finish it, we will fly and certify it. Even the engines that are driving us now will be taken out of this aircraft and placed on it once the -900neo is certified."»
