Having heard from my friend in the US, the 1st a/c had many problems...even almost divert due to technical issue during test flight.

Having heard from my friend in the US, the 1st a/c had many problems...even almost divert due to technical issue during test flight. Was it a quality issue ? That could explain why A220s make so many test flights before delivery ...

2nd Flight happened earlier. 3rd Flight planed for today! 5th Flight filed for today! Edit: not sure if it will actually leave today. Weather isn't the greatest... Normally this Aircraft would be able to handle this weather (RVR are 2000+ feet) but I guess it depends on the confidence they have on the Aircraft at this stage of the Test Flight process. Could also be a complete other reason why it might or might not fly. CYMX 262000Z 07008KT 360V110 3/8SM R06/1800V2200FT/N R11/2600FT/N FG VV002 01/01 A2978 RMK FG8 SLP088 Weather tomorrow at YMX is not going to be better tomorrow either. Widespread light snow is expected with up to 15cm possible. I guess we'll see
