Wait it minutes! It just only 1 exit overwings, not 2 exit on overwings. How it did happen?

Wait it minutes! It just only 1 exit overwings, not 2 exit on overwings. How it did happen? American doesn't have that many seats in theirs that the last overwing exit is required. Thus it is plugged to save weight and maintenance. Many A321neo in the same configuration
