Are they yet owned by Condor? If so, should they be transferred to a new thread?

Ownership is also a contentious issue, they may well end up being operated by Condor, but leased from someone other company.

current status of backlog garuda a330neo orders:
-800 version
On 30 December 2022, the Company entered into a
amendment purchase agreement with Airbus for
purchase contract of 4 Airbus A330-800 aircraft. The
deliveries of Airbus A330-900 neo aircraft will be in
2027 up to 2030. However, based on Airbus
Restructuring Sheet, the Company gets cancelation
rights of aircraft delivery of Airbus A330-800 by
paying a cancellation compensation.

-900 version
The Company has total outstanding purchase
contract of 9 Airbus A330-900 neo aircrafts. On 30
December 2022, based on Amendment no 12 to
Purchase Agreement A330, the Company get delivery
conversion right from Airbus A330-900 neo to be
A350 or A350F. The deliveries of Airbus A330-900
neo aircrafts will be in 2026 up to 2031.
Based on delivery plan, the Company will conduct
periodic review that also considers market behavior.
