Looks like some escapegoating intros. that may be to others' advantage and the poor previous pilot's disadvantage.

Pilots of the Lion Air Boeing 737 Max which crashed shortly after departing Jakarta last October had been unaware of the control problems experienced by the crew of the same aircraft on the inbound service, investigators have disclosed.
I'm with the overall sentiments of this piece but Boeing can't responsibly hide behind slogans of a corporate-wide safety consciousness and then produce a product wothout ensuring good instructions for the necessary transporting of its contents safely from A to B.

Commercial aircraft designers need to rethink fundamental assumptions that pilots have sufficient knowledge, training and skill to cope with failures, the inquiry into the Lion Air Boeing 737 Max accident has concluded...following its analysis of the 737 Max and MCAS development process, the inquiry states that Boeing should include a "larger tolerance" in designs in order to "allow operability by a larger population" of pilots.
Cost to S. American market. Surely Boeing is going to have massive bills!
