Sorry if this has been posted before, I don’t follow all the Boeing details as much as I probably should but I find this interesting and obviously a smart move by Boeing 👍🏻
Edit: My phone seems to constantly autocorrect “Boeing” to “Boring”. It’s almost like Apple is trolling them 😂

It is still just a completion centre. Airbus has been sharing more complex work with China by having the A320 assembly done in Tianjin.
