Taking off from Sydney on September 10th 2013, MSN 50 induced a runway pavement failure. The aircraft was not affected, but the runway had to be closed for a few hours for repair. avherald.com/h?article=468459bf&opt=0From readers' comments it appears that the incident was caused by the delamination of a composite runway (made of an asphalt overlay covering an older concrete pavement).

In Manila for a tech check since October 11. Will she still have her Go Wallabies logo on return? I don't think so.

OQH had an engine issue (probably oil pressure) that on June 29 forced her to divert to Sydney on her way as QF93 Mel-LAX. After a few hours she continued her flight.
