One thing came to my mind is the China order. NONE of the 300 is new order ?? Probably, a large chunk of the official order had already been booked by Airbus as orders from unidentified customers ... If I am right, then customer identification should happen soon (at Le Bourget ?). There may be some new orders, but these likely cannot be firmed yet because no contract with an airline has been signed yet. As you know, aircraft sale in China is a two-step process : Airbus needs both a contract with an airline, and a government approval, which is often mere rubber-stamping.
