I doubt Airbus is planning to deliver 120 frames per year. From previous Airbus practice, the rate of ten per month may actually translate into 110 to 115 per year. In the last years the production rate at Airbus has been counted in regards to 12 month. The years, when TLS closed down completely for summer holidays in August, are long gone. So I count the advertised rate 10 a month as around 120 frames a year. But perhaps not yest attainable this year. If all produced and ready frames would have been delivered this year, Airbus would be nearing 60 for the first half. I though the TLS FALs still had a two week summer shutdown, and 10ish days for Christmas / New Year ? The rest of AB may work differently?

There has not been any Christmas shutdown for quite a few years, rather a Christmas rush getting frames delivered. And we have not seen a complete shutdown of TLS in August for quite a few years either. Anyway, other parts of Airbus have not had this seasonal closures anyway. Pre FAL production is anyway not in TLS.

Yes, but years ago TLS did completely shutdown for the French summer holidays, I think that time has gone.

In the moment I am thinking, if the Paris Airshow has thrown a spanner into deliveries Well, June figures are rather good, especially when you factor in the fact that May was a record-breaking month.

The record May has to be locked at in regards to slow deliveries before that. Rate 10 in regards to loading the FAL started some time end of last year.

Further evidence of the success Airbus has had in clearing the backlog of previously assembled frames. Mostly these frames have not been greatly ‘delayed’.
The 10 lowest MSNs of frames not yet taken away by airlines are ;
246, 251, 260, 270, 283, 285 for HX/HU mostly contractually delivered
257, 266 for QR ready to go soon
274 for VS
282 for JJ
That compares with the highest MSN for a frame taken away, which is 325.
There are also the former test frames MSNs 65 and 71.

With ten days left, as usual we could expect more activities at the delivery centre very soon.
So far 2 frames already been delivered (MSN324 & 314), and 4 more at DC (315, 266, 326 & 327).
257 and 329 could show at DC any time soon 270 - could well be delivered this month to the lessor
298 VS2 - could go to DC soon, but as the first frame for VS, might need a bit more time for testing 330 EY3 - could get delivered by month end, especially if it's going to storage as well
So it could reach double digit figure again.
