They're trying to get as many A380s flying as possible, so this one maybe temporarily went back to storage for a short time. This gives room for other jets which hasn't flown for a long time to fly again. Same thing happened with EEP earlier this year if I remember it right.

I would have thought they'd keep flying especially with more routes converting or re-converting to A380.

I would have thought they'd keep flying especially with more routes converting or re-converting to A380. Indeed, but it's not as quick as we expect them to be. By March next year, the airline would be flying their supers to 42 destinations. That's still 8 less compared to pre-pandemic. The CEO has hoped to have the whole fleet back in the air by April this year. Sadly it wasn't the case

A6-EEQ is back to DXB after storage in DWC.

A6-EES was ferried DXB-DWC. Interesting one of the expo liveried A380’s have gone into storage.

A6-EEC and A6-EEK were on 17/10 ferried DWC-DXB.

For some reasons, A6-EEK went back and forth a lot of times...
Edit: There's also A6-EEP, which left DWC for DXB yesterday.
