glad to see these pictures. You asked a question in the other JAL thread. From this picture, it seems that they are not being held by suction cups but removable attachment fixtures fitted to the load-bearing points.

glad to see these pictures. You asked a question in the other JAL thread. From this picture, it seems that they are not being held by suction cups but removable attachment fixtures fitted to the load-bearing points. I think there are bolts thru those two lifting points ?

H Stealthmanbob, Any ideas how are those bolt holes/ threaded nuts plugged / sealed after installation? the surfaces all look smooth with no instances of surface distortion or slots or cross ( to indicate a screwdriver is used to screw in the plug). I wondered the samething initially, could not explain how smooth the surface was after.

You can see it if you zoom into the centre of the mount / housing !
