I would think 443 would be achievable by June 2020, 296 is delivered so 149 more to go to get to 443 minus a couple of Not Built frame. So 140 ish in 14 months, and I guess it will be "delivered" empty ? So no fitout time.

The point is, do we talk about the June 2020 delivery as delivery to some outfitter, or the German Government getting the frame delivered. As I understood the news, it was delivery of the frame to the German Government. That should mean a frame in production now or very soon. Or of course one standing around.

I agree with you, I was going for delivery to the outfitters. A VIP fitout, including defensive aids for the first time on an A350 would surely take over a year by themselves ?

An ntu frame would be good to speed things up or buy an "unwanted" fitted out one and strip it out again. They could then maybe keep the rear of economy intact as these government jets often have an economy section at the back for aids and journalists?

Plenty of parked frames at TLS , all painted for HX, if anyone wants them quickly.
