All can be converted to ambulance use. Really? Would be very inconvenient to have a few badly wounded people on the tarmac while removing couches, king-size beds and showers. Medevac will be done by the new A321LR's.

You wouldn't need to remove all the VVIP interior but put people in the back. Possibly they have electric sockets and installations to fit in some intensive care modular units.
