I think it's very likely but are we sure it's this Japan Airlines frame? If we are getting this based on location, it'd be better to wait for a picture evidence.

Is it possible the change of registration and the airbus callsign just because the delivery flight being conducted by Airbus pilots. Then the official han over will be on Tokyo?

Well, it was already handed over on April 20 according to the O+D-sheet. But it has happened before that aircraft were flown to the customer by Airbus. I remember a few A320's also to Japan, most for Peach back in 2018.
