Does anybody have any "hard" data for the ULR please or how this is intended to get both range and capacity? Possibly some link or similar? If this is offered to airlines there must be some presentation or something? Thanks.

Does anybody have any "hard" data for the ULR please. Nobody has, to this day there is a rumour and no facts. We must probably wait at least until Qantas makes a decision on its 'Sunrise project' fleet, which has been scheduled for Q4 this year.

Qantas is said to be tempted to take some as well for their "sunrise" ULR-fleet.
I would not have expected the A350 to attack the 777X in this brutal way.

The air show, however, happens during Q4, so that the -ULR might indeed be announced in Dubai.

I have a feeling that the -1000 in its ULR form will have more market interest than the -900ULR. I agree with you. SQ is likely to remain the A359 ULR sole customer, since regular A359s can now be ordered in higher weight versions as capable, or almost as capable, as the A359 ULR. On the other hand, though we don't know the A35K ULR specs yet, the sub-type seems to be much more capable than regular A35Ks, and may have a wider market than the A359 ULR. The reason might be that it would have better economics than previous -ULR aircraft. All this, however, requires the anticipation of moderate fuel prices.

So now it sounds like ULR version is not offered to project sunrise and the DAS announcement didn't show up as rumored. Possibilities for this program seems to move closer to the fate of NMA?
