Which probably means nothing else but just a lack of parking space in the current situation. In the last two months or so we have seen Aeroflot, Qatar, Asiana, Cathay and then some, all at the DC, none were delivered.

Perhaps post-COVID, or even sooner, manufactureres may review the staging of customer payments prior to final delivery. It may be that the percentage is too high for final release so placing the manufacturer at a disadvantage v the client. It does seem unfair for such a complex product for the manufacturer to bear a financial burden because an airline may not be wanting to complete at the 100% built stage!
