Oh it's even worse than I first thought ! It's actually a NET cancellation of 23 ! The very last lines of the press release !! Quote - PREVIOUS ORDER: 25 x Boeing 737 MAX 10 First aircraft scheduled to arrive in July 2021 23 x Boeing 737 MAX 8 First aircraft scheduled to arrive in February 2025 RESTRUCTURED ORDER: 25 x Boeing 737 MAX 10 First aircraft scheduled to arrive in mid-2023

Getting 25 new orders from an re-born airline, and remove 48 dead orders from ASC 606 adjustment, is not a bad thing during the pandemic. Can't be too harsh on Boeing for getting this deal saved.

So that's a net increase on the backlog right? Assuming the ones in ASC 606 has already been removed from the backlog.
