Registration jumping from SJB (472) to SJE, similar to what we've seen with the ULR version, SQ like to accept frames according to registration sequence. We would expect this frame going through a testing process.
As there will only be three more SQ A350 frames been delivered in 2021-2022 financial year, 460 will be delivered in 2022-2023 financial year, that is a very long testing process in TLS.

I agree with you, I think it is test flights to certify a new feature(s). Dimmable windows? Maybe that is/was the reason for not painting the fuselage earlier....
