SKJ operated SQ336 to Paris on Nov 29, but diverted to Dubai with engine issue. I hear #4 needs replacement. SKH came to rescue and took over as SQ336D.

Remember this is the 3rd Singapore A380 that had an issue that needed an engine change: in Tokyo and Singapore 2015, now this. MAS suffered an issue earlier this year that kept her on the ground in Dubai for a few days. That's 4x Rolls-Royce.

SKJ is out of service since April 10. Let's hope the keep the special livery, which was originally planned for use in 2015 only.

SKJ is out of service since April 10. Let's hope the keep the special livery, which was originally planned for use in 2015 only. According to this post on a forum about Singapore Airlines, it has been repainted into the standard livery but it's yet to be definitively confirmed so we'll just have to wait and see it it's the case. www.sqtalk.com/forum/showpost.php?p=210015&postcount=568As much as I had mixed feelings about the livery initially, I've grown to like it so it's sad to see it go.

SKJ is back in action and in the original livery. Flightradar traces her flights back until July 12, so she must have returned to service around July.

Not sure this is completely correct. I was at Changi all of last week. There was 9V-SKF still in SIA colors and a 2nd which had been de-branded that I couldn't identify as it was tail on. So that was SKF.... Quotes from SQ Talk, the forum about Singapore Airlines: 8 November 2022: 14 November 2022:
