And it's an online forum, we can always ignore posts that we dislike and knowing that other people may like that or important to them. There is no need to say we dislike posts, because if we do, we will be so busy telling everyone we are not happy with so many posts on every forum. Online forum - you pick what is useful/important to you, and leave the rest to others. Freedom of speech! But i look for news and there is an indication that there is something new and i have to get quite deep to even use "mark board read", to cancel it being new. If I do not cancel it out it stays in there as new, I call it click bait or inflation of numbers of posts to creep up the scale. Shall I start putting out a post every time I add a frame to "A320n deliveries 2022 post 1". If somebody is interested he can go straight in.

I do not like this posts about having updated the table in the first post. Ok, the first post has been updated, but I am always expecting news or a new picture. Nothing hinders anybody to look at the first post at the time of the airbus o&d release. I don't see a problem with this. These posts remind people to check the contractual delivery date and ignite any discussions needed about this date. (any error, any alternative frames, etc) I think the best thing would be to put the new delivery date in the post aswell ? E.g. "Contractually delivered 12/10/2022, first post updated"

PS - I use the "Recent Posts" option in the "Forum Information & Statistics" section of the board to read new posts. If I have not been on for two days, I page back two days ago then read forward from that point.
