As part of its Chapter 11 procedure before a US Court, Aeromexico submitted a document requesting permission for the lease of 12 new B38M aircraft, as part of an agreement with lessor DAE Capital. Most of them have already made their first test flights, as they were originally assigned to other airlines but not taken up.
