Interesting quote from Chris Young, the Rolls-Royce program manager: "The engines are ready and capable to go to their limits from day one, should Airbus choose to do so," says Young. "The program - which we're fully supporting with our initial flight-compliant engines - has a very clear aim to make sure that first flight is prior to the Paris air show."] The A350 should be a major draw at the airshow!

I'm not expecting it to do acrobatic flying just yet, though. Maybe the Whalejet will cover that. ;D

I'm still intrigued by the long legs on this thing is (pic #3). ;D
And it appears that the wing has a small chunk missing from the trailing edge just before where the wingtip starts to curve upwards?

Cool pictures, nice find! I'm not expecting it to do acrobatic flying just yet, though. Maybe the Whalejet will cover that. ;D This year should be a great show with the A380, A350 and A400M flying.

When they going to be installed the engine? When the ground tests are done and it's been painted.

Is it me or does the nose look similar to a bac111 from yesteryear.
