LN1543/N605UP is the first UPS 748 to fly, and will be first to join the service (expected to be delivered in September/October and join service on 27 October).
Technically, LN1542/N607UP was the first frame for UPS (it was built for ABC, but changed to UPS, so require a bit of rework), it was roll out earlier than LN1543 and also been widely used in fair amount of UPS and Boeing marketing material and events.
So the sequence of delivery looks like LN1543/N605UP (Sep/Oct), LN1542/N607UP (Oct), LN1544/N606UP (Nov).
Boeing has a busy second half of 2017 for 748, exceeding the 6 frame/year target.

Just noticed that the photo above in fact is showing LN1542/N607UP which has been painted (and used for marketing).
The frame took the first flight on 31 Aug, was LN1543/N605UP, and it hasn't been painted. by Matt Cawby
So the picture doesn't match the news.

UPS single handedly keeping 747 line going just like Emirates doing for the A380 line.
