Do we though consider it delivered and stored? I believe the definition is it leaves the manufacturer site with the airlines callsign. At least we know that works for Airbus but not sure if the same works for Boeing.

At least we know that works for Airbus but not sure if the same works for Boeing. The situation is slightly different here as nobody knows who this one was for when it left FAL (BFI). And it switched from multiple storage site and paint shops a couple times and now it's still not delivered to airline as it's stored at VCV. I felt like this scenario is similar to most of the second hand transactions where it's the lessor that preps and arranges for delivery, and in those cases, I think matching the delivery date to that of sites like planespotters.net would be appropriate. But since Ravi1925 maintains the first post, he should be the one that decides this.
