If a larger A380 fleet is set to operate for longer, much more spare parts might be required and much more heavy maintenance. Will certain A380 parts need to be manufactured new again now? How about main gear struts? What are the bottleneck parts needed with priority?

I'll try to answer with my guesses.
"Will certain A380 parts need to be manufactured new again now?"
Afaik, Airbus is committed to support the worldwide A380 fleet for years to come, so I wouldn't be surprised that certain components are still being made. Another possibility is, no new parts are being made. It's cannibalisation from older jets. Emirates can source them from retired jets from other airlines, for example, some former AF frames. Two are being parted out iirc.

It's cannibalisation from older jets. Emirates can source them from retired jets from other airlines. Not to mention, some landing gear in Emirates's inventory are being overhauled. Emirates has a deal with LH teknik to do carry out the overhaul.

Will Airbus need some active A380 test airframe again to see how long time used A380s age, and what parts need care? Their A380 prototype is going to be converted to become the H2-testbed with the fifth engine. I wonder do they need another "original" configured A380 for testing, or can they maybe use some (former) customer airframe?

"Will Airbus need some active A380 test airframe again to see how long time used A380s age, and what parts need care?" I think they'll just learn it from the operators, and make development / support based on what they learned. "Do they need another "original" configured A380 for testing, or can they maybe use some (former) customer airframe?" I personally thought that the idea of using some former customer airframe is a good one. Those frames are much younger than the one Airbus has right now. The CFM testbed will be another airframe and not 001. Just move this msg elsewhere if it's off topic
