How so ? One row is CCA 33 in. 2.8m is over 110 in. Where is the catch ?

Two rows is what was previously communicated. Whether the additional space will allow a third one is a major question. It comes with a price, though : more empty weight and drag, perhaps a bit less runway performance ...
The change might point to further "Emiratisation" of the 777X. More capacity and weight would please EK, but not many other potential customers ...

OK it would be 2 rows if one is B and the second is Y - if all are Y all 3 it is - or please explain. I know than in the original announcement there were 2 ?

The brochure shows 20 additional seats, i.e. two rows at 10Y. The remaining space will be used for other stuff.

OK - but there would be enough space for 3 rows - other reasons why not used.
