Unlike MSN 151, MSN 152 is a HoV - HoVs cannot be compared to other frames, and for any of them outfitting time is hardly predictable.

True. However, we can more or less compare HoVs among themselves to distinguish a trend within the production process. At any rate, I suspect we should be seeing MSN 152 in the paint hangar soon if it hasn't sneaked its way there already.
