I heard that DFW is off the list because they don't have the right facilities for the A380. That's strange imo, since they've had the QF A380 pre-covid. Not sure why don't they reuse that particular facilities for this.

New club suites will not be fitted on. Does that mean the service year of the type will be limited, or the airline has another type of new product in their mind?

It means they don't believe the A380 fleet has certainty within BA fleet, and may have to withdraw them sooner.
So it is not worth spending millions of pounds to upgrade them right now, obviously this could change with time, and they could do it when the next heavy maintenance is due.
Cash is the king, and most of airlines don't have much of them at the moment.

9 days ago at IATA AGM, IAG CEO said that perspectives for the BA A380 fleet remains.
