IT would be interesting to read but is behind subscription.... The paywall can be dodged by using the title (British Airways, Iberia to Trim Capacity Despite Robust Results) for a google search.

The customers are the airlines which buy the aircraft, not the passengers who use them. I can understand that they like dense configurations. We don't, of course.

I moved the posts from the other thread here Very useful article, many thanks!! Clearly means MSN192-BA10 would be delivered 2015-Q4 while MSN194-BA11 and MSN215-BA12 expected for delivery in 2016.
