From what i have read, the german Luftwaffe was not really happy with the quality of the delivered A400M (and the facility in Sevilla). And there are problems with the supply chain, what the management didn't realise early enough.

Interestingly a flight from Turkey to USAF/RAF Mildenhall today - no registration though to see if it is a Turkish or RAF plane.
