This update doesn't make sense unless EK has given up an earlier MSN as MSN260 was supposed to be the final MSN of the initial batch of 25 RR powered frames. The second batch of 25 RR powered frames were supposed to be delivered after 2020 as 1 for 1 replacements for existing frames as they come off lease. I tend to take this list as a more accurate reflection: fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_des_commandes_et_des_livraisons_de_l'Airbus_A380 That was the information when the 50 frame RR bird order was done, since than deliveries have been brought forward and a two frames order added. Delivery dates may have been brought forward, but I haven't noticed any change in EK MSNs... THe 2 added frames are MSN 162 and MSN 167, the ex-BC frames now being worked on in TLS for delivery at the end of 2017.

Brought forward they will start appearing in the MSN. MSN261 would than be the first off the final 25 of the last 50 frame order.

That's the first I've heard of the final RR batch of 25 being brought forward. Thanks for the update. At that rate all 142 frames in theory could be delivered before the earliest frames come off lease in 2020.

There were three others that I could not read so MSN253 could be there. the parts built section at TLS is a sad place now.... very little going on and an Narrow body rears section taking up part of the hanger
