Some good news for those in XFW, XFW will make 6 of the 8 A320neo test aircraft and will "take responsibility for the first production and delivery airframes." Out of the 8 test frames, 4 will be A320s, 2 will be A319s and 2 will be A321s. In other (probably previously covered) news EIS is slated for the 4th quarter of 2015 with the CFM variant scheduled for mid 2016 See page 22 for the source edition.pagesuite-professional.co.uk//launch.aspx?eid=6b7ce144-b00a-4a2f-b079-e69b248bce8b

Is known how many orders there are for 319NEO ? I do wonder if the destiny of this one is not going to be similar to 358 ?

In addition to that, the engines have been 'podded' (Pipes installed, nacelle has been added and painted) and will be attached in around 4 weeks.

And some info about the Flight Test Campaign for the A320neo. Of the 4 A320neo airframes, 2 will have heavy test instrumentation and 2 will have light test instrumentation. The heavy test instrument frames will be used to test the physics and flight characteristics and will be used for high, hot and cold campaigns. The light test instrument frames will be used for systems test (autopilot, systems tests) as well as external noise and ETOPS and will be more representative of what the airlines will receive. The A320neo frames will test/certify the different engine ratings and therefore the A319 and A321neo frames will focus on systems tests and handling/flight characteristics. As the A319 is very similar to the A320, the A321 will need to conduct more tests (than the A319) as flight characteristics cannot be carried over from the A320. Around 250Hrs of testing has already been completed on the A320ceo for the neo testing items such as flight control laws. A320neo Flight Test timeline by JKKW, on Flickr
