And so far, only the 737 engines have been talked of. Is this problem unique to it or will it include the A320s powered by CFMs too.

737 fuselages are normally transported by train. Why did this one get a truck ride ? Because it was going the other way. Maybe transported to who knows what/where for rework, maybe damaged before assembly, could be anything.
