MSN 7046 did its third flight today. Pretty quickly how this aircraft goes through (but I guess they have the hang at BFM now how all it works)

I suppose if it would be the first build Spirit Airlines in BFM it would be announced on the "Airbus in the US" Facebook/Twitter account, when that happens.

Have a general question about the aircraft test registrations. Those built in Toulouse France have French registrations, those in Hamburg Germany have German registrations, those In Tinjin China have Chinese registrations. So why do those built in Mobile Alabama USA have French registrations. I would have thought that they would be required to have American registrations.
Hope someone knows as I am curious.

I think these flights have French registrations because they are based on an EASA-delivered type certificate, whereas an American registration would be required if the type certificate had been delivered by the FAA.

Thanks for your response philidor. So does that mean that the frames built in China have a Chinese Type Certificate.
