Video that Airbus released (no sound). Shows how the window blinds, overhead lockers and cbin lightning works. At 1:15 looking you can also see the crews rests on the screens in Y (yeah you really have to look quite carefully). I think it looks as if they are located behind the cockpit just under the 'roof'. bit.ly/1fV4ErX

Yes, there's a crew rest behind the cockpit in the 'roof' for the flight crew and there's another one in the rear cabin for the cabin crew.

I'm not sure, but I think (looking at the ausbt photos) that this presentation was done in Halle 211. The other option for me would be the one opposite to Halle 212.
