Yes very sure its going to Taipei. As they are flying to taiwan they cannot fly over China hence the long detour.
So all flights to Europe aviod most if not all of China when flying BR or CI. Also even if they do have clearance to fly over China it would not mean anything to taiwanese operators as they cannot fly over China so it would not show that the A350 can comfortably fly to and from France without much trouble.
