Maybe Airbus wants increase max number of seats on a350-900? I would guess Airbus had to stage that test to get the new Air Caraïbes 10-abreast configuration certified.

Maybe Airbus wants increase max number of seats on a350-900? Impossible. With 4 Type 1 exit doors, the maximum evacuation limit is 440 pax.

Looks like they're refitting the business class section on the aircraft and according to the commentary it's being prepared for evacuation testing.
