On cpagrave's latest footage posted, it was said that 'all' parts in orange on test aircraft, inside or outside, are parts that would not be there in a production aircraft Though it isn't much answering your question.......

Any idea what the orange on the engine is? Could be some hydrolics fluid. Can't remember the name, but you don't want to get in your eyes. That stuff is nasty!

Yes I agree, if you look at the original size of the image you can see some orange coming from where the engine 'splits' during reverse thrust as well as a dark square patch near the bottom of the engine. I remember a few months ago there was some sort of white paint painted near the pylon of one of the A380s (MSN1 or 4) which would show how the air flows around that area. I think this might be a similar thing to see how air might escape from the bypass of the engine to outside the engine. Edit, Looking at the image again, you can see some white paint under the wing like what I described for the A380 example above Edit 2, Looking at the middle flap (canoe) fairing there seams to be some of orange paint from the engine (I'm aware that the tips are painted red but you can see the extra bit of orange on the bottom side of the fairing). I think this might be a similar thing to see how air might escape from the bypass of the engine to outside the engine. I think you are right, this must be some aerodynamic test. I would like to know more details, since I believe such tests would normally have been performed earlier in the test programme.
