They are all for JetStar Airways Hong Kong. At the moment they are stored at TLS because the launch of JetStar Hong Hong is postponed ...

There was a previous A320 bound for Jetstar Hong Kong which was transfered to Jetstar Australia due to the ongoing wait for approval from the Hong Kong government. I do wonder though, surely there must be somewhere else to store the aircraft, I would image they'd reserve the space at the delivery centre for aircraft which would be delivered very soon, not for a semi-long term storage of aircraft waiting government approval.
