Of the 3 next airlines (Korean Air, Arik Air, Air China) that ordered the B747-8I, in which order will be the deliveries and which year?.... Fabien

LN 1499 will be the first one for Air China and should enter final assembly in February 2014. There are no allocations for Korean Air and Arik Air yet.

I think Boeing produce 2 frames per month. But there was a rumor they will slow the production

Correct, 24 per year + some early builds. LN 1499 will also be one of the first improved 747's (LN 1492 for LH should be the first one) with a re-activated tail tank, engine PIP upgrade, weight savings and FBW software updates. The is probably one of the reasons why Air China, Korean Air and Arik Air are not taking any units before 2014.

Could this Qatar frame be a 777? Because I can't find an 747-8 on their order.

That is a Saudia 777.
You can easily see it on the characteristic 777-tail that the two closest aircrafts are 777s
