We should stop the vote on the convoy and not allowed a change of vote I wouldn't agree, that Forward Fuselage of MSN117 is still in Saint-Nazaire, and while it apparently looks ready to be convoyed, I remember a few years ago MSN031 was spotted in the same state but did not appear in a convoy before many months after being spotted........ This frame seems to be quite late to show up on a convoy. It makes me wonder: Is it possible to do the wing repair before final assembly ( so that it can move down the line very quick...)
