So they plan a new Type A-plus with an exit limit of 120 which does not exist so far in the rules. Interesting will FAA and EASA will allow it?

I find it very interesting that Cebu's A339s are intended for short haul, to make up for a lack of slots and a capacity shortage at Manila. On such routes, A339s are certainly much more efficient than than any 787 version.
