Nice picture. You can clearly see how the TXWB is bigger here by comparing the sizes of those orange covers.

It appears that the Trent XWB has got some kind of nasty fungal infection and comparing the two pictures, it's now spreading onto the wing... I kid.

Well, at this point, the only thing I can think of is that they're testing the TXWB in Air France configuration i.e. testing with dirty nacelles. Maybe that's why Air France is still yet to finalise the engines contract with RR.
