I'm not a fan of the Cathay Dragon livery Yeah, it looks a bit too similar to the Turkish airlines livery. |

Does anyone know the purpose of those two body lights between doors 1 and 2?

Very nice video. Does anyone know the purpose of those two body lights between doors 1 and 2? They're 'Engine scan lights' and 'Wing scan lights' which essentially illuminate the engines and leading edge of the wing to presumably check for ice/damage etc. Go to page 140 (and the few pages after that) in the following document  www.airbus.com/fileadmin/media_gallery/files/tech_data/AC/Airbus-AC-A330-Jan16.pdf |
