How will you fit in Captain´s Quarters? OK, I'll take one, but only if it can float too

How will you fit in Captain´s Quarters? OK, I'll take one, but only if it can float too My problem can be seen here: www.airliners.net/photo/Dalia-Air/Embraer-ERJ-190-100ECJ-Lineage/2015897/L274 cm widest point of wall to widest point of wall. With just 200 cm height atop ceiling vault, much of these 274 cm does not have stand up headroom. Look at the shape of the door behind. Part-height width fits well over the desk, and then aisle. While full headroom is not needed over bed - sitting up in bed is not as high as standing - after leaving the full headroom over aisle, the width is only enough for a queen bed. Try sleeping across that bed, as depicted in Captain´s Quarters! Now, BBJ and ACJ should have the width to have bed across the plane... but for some reason all the beds I can see are lengthwise there, too.
