Qantas said in it HY1 FY23 presentation that capacity constraints and supply chain issues at MRO companies affect the full re-introduction of the A380 until 2025. I am surprised by this, as ten aircraft are now out of storage since OQI arrived in Abu Dhabi on February 25. Will it really take some two years to have them all prepared? It could be that the one line in the presentation refers to additional checks and rework

Retirement of 10 QF a380 will start in fiscal year 2032 and replaced by 12 a350-1000: page 9 Last QF a380 will be retired probably in fiscal year 2037: "purchase right options stretching out until at least FY37 to provide flexibility for future growth and, ultimately, replacement of the A380 fleet." page 3
