This will take some time of reading to get back up to date with what has happened related to the A380. Fine to have a forum back. I wonder, why i didn't "stumble" earlier over a link to the new forum in the past two months.

Welcome back, Festus. We seem to have lost a few other highly respected members, among which Whalejet Fan and Rex Kramer ...

We seem to have lost a few other highly respected members, among which Whalejet Fan and Rex Kramer ... Really hard to track them down since they're some of the most ubiquitous names on the net. XWB, have you managed to get in contact with Superbou and STTSUK Painter?

This is why people need to keep the same handle for various sites!

XWB, have you managed to get in contact with Superbou and STTSUK Painter? I contacted STTSUK Painter via airliners.net and he replied to join the forum as soon as he has some spare time. So we must wait and see As for Superbou, I created an account on that other forum but it's still pending approval. Not sure what I can do about it, maybe someone else can give it a try? This is the url: www.diecastaircraftforum.com/members/superbou.html

If I remember well Superbou was coming from Austria, there was another member that had the almost the same member-picture than Superbou (Qantas frame I think), he was from Normandie in France and his name was Arnaud, but I can't remember his member-name right now, any idea?... Fabien

Fabien Actually, I think Superbou is the guy from Normandie who always signed off his posts with "Arnaud ". Here's a post by him in that forum XWB linked: www.diecastaircraftforum.com/sale-trade-swap/111247-singapore-1-200-die-cast.html. He used an Air France A380 for his avatar. The guy from Vienna is probably Whalejet Fan?

oh thanks merci Baroque!... I mistook Superbou for the other member in Austria, hmmm.... There were two members actually from Austria, whalejet fan and the other one that I mistook for Superbou... I will remember his name lol, it's just a question of time... He used to always bet on the new MSNs as well,... Fabien
