So what is going on with this frame. To my knowledge and for example BA # 7 overtook BC # 1 as BA # 7 arrived on a later convoy than BC # 1.
Does anyone has any clue of any problem ?

Airbus is always tight-lipped about anything going wrong in the production process. What happened may be a trivial or a serious matter, but it's unlikely we'll know anything about it.
